中山市火炬开发区2006年—2008年麻疹监测分析

目的了解中山市火炬开发区3年来麻疹流行病学特点,为进一步做好麻疹防控提供依据。方法对我区2006年—2008年麻疹监测数据进行流行病学分析。结果 2006年—2008年中山市火炬开发区共报告病例132例,年平均发病率为8.84/10万。每年3月—4月是高发季节,病例主要集中在9个月～ 4周岁及≥15周岁两个年龄组,以散发为主。全部病例中,无麻疹免疫史者占54.55%,麻疹免疫史不详者占39.39%.结论2006年—2008年中山市火炬开发区麻疹发病率呈上升趋势,发病率处于较高水平,偶有暴发疫情,今后应继续加强麻疹的常规免疫与监测。并建议在全区范围内开展8个月～ 14周岁儿童的麻疹强化免疫,防止暴发疫情的发生。

Analysis of measles surveillance in 2006 to 2008 in Torch Development Zone of Zhongshan city

Objective To study the epidemiology of measles in 2006～2008 in Torch Development Zone in Zhongshan city.Methods Analyzed the data of epidemiology on measles cases in 2006 to 2008.Results There were 132 measles cases reported in 2006 to 2008.The incidence rate of measles was 8.84 per 100 000 each year.The prevalent season was from March to April,the incidence of measles between 9 months old to 4 years old and over 15 years old groups were higher than the other age groups,and the outbreak cases were the main population of measles incidence.Among all the cases,none-immune cases were 54.55%,the immunity history not know cases amount to 39.39%.Conclusion The rate of measles was still in a high level and the general trend of the incidence of the measles was ascendant.There was breakout once in a while.We should enhance the routine immunization service and the system of monitor,carry out mass immunization in 8 months old to 14 years old in order to prevent the incidence of outbreak.
