老年心房颤动78例临床分析

目的分析老年心房颤动患者的病因及临床特点,以指导临床治疗。方法随机选取我院2005年—2009年门诊和住院78例老年心房颤动患者进行回顾性研究。结果冠心病占35.9%,高血压占23.1%,风湿性心脏病占19.2%,其他如糖尿病性心脏病等只占一部分比例;阵发性心房颤动占12.8%,持续性心房颤动占21.8%,永久性心房颤动占65.4%.结论冠心病、原发性高血压、风湿性心脏病是引起心房颤动的主要病因,对心房颤动的预防和治疗有重要的指导作用。

Clinical analysis of 78 cases of elderly patients with atrial fibrillation
