| 摘 要： | 2012年8月,浦东新区儿童医学中心从1名6岁急性淋巴细胞性白血病复发患儿血液中分离到霍乱弧菌,随后浦东新区疾病预防控制中心对该分离株进行了系统生化鉴定、毒力基因及药物敏感性检测,结果为不产霍乱毒素的非O1非O139霍乱弧菌。

Detection of Vibrio cholerae non-O1 non-O139 from a patients with leukemia |

| Abstract: | In August 2012, Vibrio cholerae was detected from the blood sample collected from a bacteraemia case, who was a six years old child with recurrent leukemia Medical Center in Pudong district, Shanghai. The biochemical identification, virulence gene detection and drug susceptibility test of the isolate were conducted in Pudong District Center for Disease Control and Prevention. The results indicated that the strain was non toxigenic V. cholerae non-O1 non-O139. |
