卷曲霉素联合左氧氟沙星辅助治疗复治涂阳肺结核的效果观察

摘    要:目的观察卷曲霉素联合左氧氟沙星辅助治疗复治涂阳肺结核的临床效果。方法选取2016年12月-2018年12月四川省攀枝花市第四人民医院收治的复治涂阳肺结核患者106例,随机分为试验组和对照组各53例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,试验组患者在常规治疗基础上接受卷曲霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗。对比2组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组总效率为92.45%高于对照组的75.47%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.376,P<0.05)。结论卷曲霉素联合左氧氟沙星辅助治疗复治涂阳肺结核的效果较好,可明显提升患者临床治疗效率,故方案推广意义大。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of capreomycin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 106 patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated in The Fourth People′s Hospital in Panzhihua from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, each of 53 cases. Patients in the control group received routine treatment,and patients in the experimental group received capreomycin combined with levofloxacin on a routine basis. Compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results The total efficiency of the experimental group was 92.45% higher than that of the control group(75.47%), the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.376,P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of capreomycin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis is better, which can significantly improve the clinical treatment efficiency of patients, so the promotion of the program is of great significance.
