螨体抗原间接荧光抗体试验和酶联免疫吸附试验诊断肺螨病的研究

应用螨体抗原片作间接荧光抗体试验（ＩＦＡＴ）和粉尘螨抗原作酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ），对比检测了５８例肺螨病患者、２０例排除肺螨病的其他呼吸系统患者及２０例健康大学生的血清，两法的阳性率肺螨病人分别为９４．８％和８２．８％；呼吸组病患者阴性符合率分别为１００％和９０％；健康大学生阴性符合率分别为１００％和９５％。表明两法诊断肺螨病均具有较高的敏感性和特异性，提示两法均可用于肺螨病的免疫诊断。两法联合应用较单一方法为优，阳性符合率可提高到９６．６％。

STUDIES ON THE DIAGNOSIS OF PULMONARY ACARIASIS WITH WHOLE MITE ANTIGEN BY IFAT AND ELISA

Whole mite antigen was used in IFAT and ELISA to test sera of 58 cases of pulmonary acariasis with 20 cases respiratory disease and 20 normal college students as control. The positive rates in patients with pulmonary acariasis by the two methods were 94.8% and 82.8% respectively,while the negative rates in patients with respiratory disease were 100% and 90%. The negative rates in college students were 100% and 95%. Results showed that the two methods are specific and sensitive in the diagnosis of pulmonary acariasis. When they are used simutaneously,the positive rate could be as high as 96.6%.
