| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC测定盐酸异丙嗪片中盐酸畀丙嗪含量的方法。方法采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱，流动相：乙腈－1．2％庚烷磺酸钠溶液（磷酸调节pH=2．5）（45：55，v／v），柱温：28℃，检测波：249nm，流速：1．0mL·min^-1,进样量：10μL。结果盐酸异丙嗪在0．0611～0．6108μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9997）；平均回收率为99．8％，RSD=0．92％（n=6）。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of promethazine hydrochloride in promethazine hydrochloride tablets. Methods An Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 chromatographic column was used with acetonitrile- 1.2% sodium heptanesulfonate （adjust pH to 2.5） by phosphoric acid 45 ： 55 （v/v） as the mobile phase at 28 ℃. The detection wavelength was 249 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL .min^-1. Results The linear range was 0. 061 1-0. 610 8 vg （r=0. 999 7）. The average recovery was 99. 8%, and RSD：0. 92G （n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used in the quality control of this preparation. |
