“亚健康状态”药粥食疗观察

目的：观察药粥食疗对亚健康状态人群的临床疗效。方法：依据中医药辨证原则,将46例亚健康状态人群分为脾胃阴虚与肝肾阴虚两大证型,25例脾胃阴虚型分别食用山药粥（13例）、五味子粥（12例）;21例肝肾阴虚型分别食用枸杞山药粥（11例）、萸肉枣仁粥（10例）治疗。结果：经治疗后,46例亚健康状态人群中总显效25例,总有效15例,总无效6例,总有效率为87.0%。分别食用山药粥、五味子粥、枸杞山药粥、萸肉枣仁粥的总有效率为84.6%、100%、72.7%、90.0%。结论：药粥对消除或缓解亚健康状态有明显疗效,且无毒副作用,可阻断亚健康状态发展到疾病状态。

Observation of "Subhealth State" Treated with Herbal Gruel in Dietotherapy

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of herbal gruel in dietotherapy on subhealth state. Methods：According to differentiation of symptoms in Chinese medicine,46 cases of subhealth state were divided into two syndromes, named yin deficiency of spleen and stomach and yin deficiency of liver and kidney. 25 cases of yin deficiency of spleen and stomach were administered Chinese yam gruel （13 cases）and Chinese magnoliavine fruit gruel （12 cases）respectively. 21 cases of yin deficiency of liver and kidney were administered gruel of Chinese wolfberry fruit and Chinese yam （ 11 cases）and gruel of dogwood fruit pulp and Chinese date （10 cases）respectively. Results： After treatment, 25 of 46 cases with subhealth state presented total marked effect, 15 cases were effective,6 cases failed and the total effective rate was 87.0%. The total effective rates were 84.6%, 100.0%,72.7% and 90.0% on Chinese yam gruel, Chinese magnoliavine fruit gruel, gruel of Chinese wolfberry fruit and Chinese yam and gruel of dogwood fruit pulp and Chinese date successively. Conclusions：Herbal gruel presents apparent therapeutic effects on removal or alleviation of subheahh state without toxic side responses and it blocks the progression of subheahh state to disease condition.
