E-cadherin和claudin-1在宫颈鳞癌中表达关系的研究

目的观察宫颈鳞癌组织中E-cadherin和claudin-1蛋白的表达情况，探讨其关系及临床意义。方法收集90例宫颈鳞癌标本作为实验组，50例慢性宫颈炎标本作为对照组，应用免疫组织化学技术检测二组中E-cadherin和claudin-1的表达，探讨其关系及临床意义。结果宫颈鳞癌中E-cadherin表达的阳性率明显低于宫颈炎组织（P〈0．05），claudin-1表达的阳性率明显高于宫颈炎组织（P〈0．05），E-cadherin和claudin-1的表达与临床分期、浸润程度及淋巴结转移密切相关（P〈0．05），宫颈鳞癌中E—cadherin和claudin-1的表达呈负相关（P〈0．05）。结论E-cadherin和claudin1在宫颈鳞癌的发生发展中具有重要作用，联合检测E—cadherin和claudin-1可能与宫颈鳞癌的预后密切相关。

The expressions and relationship of E-cadherin and claudin-1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma

Objective To detect the expressions of E-cadherin and claudin-1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and investigate their relationship and clinical significance in pathogenesis, development in neo- plasm. Methods The study included 90 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma as experimental group and 50 cases of chronic cervicitis tissues as control group. We analyzed their expressions of E-cadherin and elaudin- 1 in different pathological character by using the IHC. Results Comparisons of the primary tumors with cervi- cal squamous cell carcinoma and chronic cervieitis tissues showed that there were significant down-regulation of E-eadherin, up-regulation of claudin-1 （P 〈 0.05 ）. The expressions of E-eadherin and elaudin-1 were associat- ed with clinical stage, infiltration degree and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was negative correla- tionship between E-cadberin and claudin-1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion E- eadherin and claudin-1 may promote the development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Combined examina- tion of E-cadherin and claudin-1 may be helpful to predict the prognosis in patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
