| 摘 要： | 抑郁症是糖尿病最常见和最危险的并发症之一。糖尿病患者抑郁症的发生率明显高于一般人群,约有30%的糖尿病患者存在不同程度的抑郁症症状。两病并发将直接影响糖尿病患者的病情和生活质量。本文主要对糖尿病患者并发抑郁症的相关因素及其危害性加以探讨,为糖尿病患者防治抑郁症提供相关依据。

| Abstract: | Depression is the most common and dangerous comorbidity in people with diabetes. The prevalence of comorbid depression in people with diabetes is reportedly higher than that in the general population. Aggregate estimates indicate that depression symptoms present in about 30% of individuals with diabetes. Comorbid depression decreases quality of life. We discuss the risk factors of comorbid depression among diabetes. |
