| 摘 要： | 目的：为了卵巢癌手术后免疫治疗的需要，我们用透析法从用癌组织免疫的山羊脾及淋巴结制备了卵巢癌特异性转移因子（ＳＴＦ）。方法：按中国药典及白细胞粘附抑制试验（ＭＴＴ法）对ＳＴＦ的理化性质和免疫学性质进行了检测和鉴定。结果：所制备的卵巢癌ＳＴＦ符合转移因子质量具有对卵巢癌细胞抗原的特异性。在１５例卵巢癌病人的临床应用中，未发现任何毒副反应。结论：用该法制备的卵巢癌ＳＴＰ，可以安全地应用于卵巢的癌的免疫

| Abstract: | Objective:To prepare specific transfer factor (STF) of ovarian cancer for the immuno therapy of ovarian cancer after operation from goat splenocytes and lymphatic nodes by dialytic method Methods:The chemical physics and immunological characters of the STF were examined and identified in accordance with Chinese pharmacopeia and using MTT Leukocyte adherence inhibition assay (MTT LAI) Result:The result showed that the prepared STF of ovarian cancer is up to the standards of transfer factor's guality and possesses a specificity against ovarian cancer cell's antigen No toxicity or side effect was found in 15 patients treated with STF Conclusion:It suggests that the STF can be safely used in immunotherapy for the patients of ovarian cancer |
