| 摘 要： | 报告15例颅内脂肪瘤的MRI表现，特征为：最好发于胼胝体处，次为四叠体池和／或小脑上池、基底池、侧裂池等。T1加权象呈高信号，T2加权象上高信号逐渐衰减，增强无强化。测量还发现，颅内脂肪瘤T1、T2值与皮下脂肪相仿（P＞0．05）。

| Abstract: | The MR appearances of 15 cases of intracranial lipoma were reported. The features are as follows: It occured first in corpus callosum, followed by quadrigeminal and/or superir cerebeller, basal, sylvian cisterns and etc. It showed hyperintensity on T1WI and reduced hyperintensity on T2WI. No enhancement found when contrast. By measurement we have found that the T1 and T2 relaxation times of lipoma were similar to that of subcutaneous fat (P>0. 05). |
