| 摘 要： | 子宫内膜癌以手术为主,但放疗及化疗等非手术治疗也具有不可低估的作用。文章重点就早期子宫内膜癌手术后的补充治疗及晚期患者的非手术治疗选择和实施原则做一阐述。

| Abstract: | Endometrial carcinoma is mainly treated by surgery. As well, nonoperative treatment such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy is important adjunctive therapy in the treatment of endometrial carcinoma. Emphatically expounds about the post-operative supplementary therapy on early stage endometrial carcinoma and non-surgical treatment for advanced endometrial cancer were carried out in this paper. |
