| 摘 要： | 目的了解慢性间质性肾炎(chron ic in terstitia l nephritis,C IN)患者肾组织中NGAL的表达及NGAL与肾小管-间质病理损害程度的关系。方法免疫组化观察正常肾组织和C IN患者肾组织NGAL的表达,以及NGAL阳性强度与小管-间质病理损害程度的关系。结果C IN患者肾组织表达NGAL较正常组增强;其小管NGAL阳性强度与小管-间质病理损害程度呈负相关。结论NGAL在C IN肾小管-间质病理损害中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role of neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin(NGAL) in the pathogenesis of chronic interstitial nephritis(CIN)and its correlation with the degree of tubulointerstitial lesions.Methods Immunohistochemistry staining was used to detect the expression of NGAL in renal tissues of CIN and normal control.Results NGAL expression was significantly higher in CIN than that in the normal renal tissues.The intensity of NGAL positive in renal tissues of CIN showed a negative correlation with the degree of tubulointerstitial lesions.Conclusion NGAL has an important effect on the tubulointerstitial lesions of renal tissues of CIN. |
