对初诊糖尿病患者实施教育的效果评价

目的　探讨对初诊糖尿病患者实施教育在糖尿病治疗中的作用。方法　对 88例初诊糖尿病患者采用以集体授课为主、单个指导为辅、鼓励看书自觉的方式分期参加糖尿病知识学习。结果　受训者在教育培训后的知识总评分比教育前明显提高(P <0 .0 1)。HbA1c、糖化血清蛋白、FPG　 2hPPG及TC、TG水平均明显改善 (P <0 .0 1)。自我管理能力改善 ,患者每日饮食控制 ,每周主动运动次数、自我监测血糖次数增加 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　教育是促进初诊患者学习DM知识、改善血糖、血脂控制、提高对治疗的依从性和自我管理能力的有效途径

Evaluations of the Effects of Diabetes Education in Newly Diagnosed Diabetic Patients

Objectives To evaluate the effects of diabetes education on diabetes treatment in newly diagnosed diabetic patients. Methods 88 newly diagnosed diabetic patients were given diabetes knowledge educations by stages with three different education ways: group education, individual education and self-study for 6 months. Results The results showed that the average score of test was increased after 6 months education in the newly diagnosed diabetic patients (P<0.01). The index, such as HbA1c, FRG, 2hPPG, TG, Tc and FMN, became better after 6 months (P<0.01), the self-management ability: daily diet control, frequency of exercise and blood glucose self-monitoring each week have increased (P<0.01). Self-management abilities were clearly improved after diabetes educations. Conclusions Diabetes education is an effective method in leaning diabetes knowledge for newly diagnosed diabetic patients, it improved their self-controlling ability, i.e.: glucose and fat intake control and dependence on treatment.
