| 摘 要： | 目的: 研制盐酸林可霉素凝胶剂,用于治疗痤疮.方法: 以卡波姆-940为凝胶基质制备盐酸林可霉素凝胶剂.用旋光法进行含量测定并观察临床疗效.结果: 该制剂质量稳定,平均回收率为100.81%(RSD=0.73%),临床总有效率达75.0%.结论: 盐酸林可霉素凝胶剂制备工艺简单,临床疗效确切.

| Abstract: | Objective: To develop a lincomycin hydrochloride gel. Method: The lincomycin hydrochloride gel was prepared with carbopol 940 as base material. Lincomycin hydrochloride was determined by the polarimetry, the therapeutic effect of the gel was observed. Result: The average recovery was 100.81% ( RSD = 0.73% ). The total clinic effective rate was 75.0% .Conclusion: The preparing technique of lincomycin hydrochloride gel is simple. The polarimetry is a rapid, simple, and accurate method for content determination. The gel is stable and can be used for the clinic. |
