摘    要:目的:探讨大鼠肝硬化形成中和门奇断流术后门脉压力(简称PVP)、外周血和门脉血中甘胆酸(简称CGA)的变化。方法:用四氯化碳诱发大鼠肝硬化,然后行门奇断流术,在肝硬化形成过程中和门奇断流术后,测PVP、外周血和门脉血中CGA。结果:肝硬化早期PVP增高,外周血CGA增高,门脉血CGA降低。随肝硬化加重,PVP和外周血CGA逐渐增高,门脉血CGA逐渐降低。断流术后肝硬化鼠外周血CGA增高,PVP和门

Abstract:objective: To investigate the change of the portal venous pressare (PVP) and conjugated glycocholic acid (CGA) conentration in rats peripheral and portal venous blood in the course of experimental liver cirrhosis and after porta-azygnus devascularization. Method: liver cirrhosis in rats was caused by carbon tetrachloride. Rats of cirrhosis were operated on portaazygous devascularization. In the course of expermental liver cirrhosis and after porta - azygous devascularization in rats, we measured PVP and CGA in peripheral and portal venous blood. Results: It was found that the PVP and the concentration of CGA in peripheral venous blood increased markedly, the concetration of CGA in portal venous blood decreased in early stage of liver cirrhosis. The PVP and the concentration of CGA in peripheral venous blood increased gradually, the concentration of CGA in portal venous blood decreased gradually with the extent of liver cirrhosis. After porta - azygous devascularization, PVP and the concentration of CGA in portal venous blooh of the liver cirrhosis and normal rats did not vary. The concentraion of CGA in peripheral venous blood of the cirrhosis rats increased but the concentration of CGA in peripheral venous blood of normal rats did not vary.Conclusion: We suggested that the change in the concentration of CGA in peripheral venous blood could accurately reflect the damage of live cells, diagnose liver cirrhosis in early sgtage and judge the degree and prognosis of liver cirrhosis. Porta - azygous devascularization could maintain PVP and did not effcet liver function of normal rats, but it could damage liver cells of liver cirrhosis rats.
