| 摘 要： | 采用放射免疫和免疫组化的方法检测３０例男性胆囊结石患者血清雌二醇（ｅｓｔｒａｄｉｏｌ，Ｅ２）、睾酮（ｔｅｓｔｏｓｔｅｒｏｎｅ，Ｔ）、孕酮（ｐｒｏｇｅｓｔｅｒｏｎｅ，Ｐ）的含量以及胆囊组织雌激素受体（ｅｓｔｒｏｇｅｎ ｒｅｃｅｐｔｏｒ，ＥＲ）和孕激素受体（ｐｒｏｇｅｓｔｅｒｏｎｅ ｒｅｃｅｐｔｏｒ，ＰＲ）的表达，并与１８例年龄相仿的非结石性胆囊病是进行了对照组分析。实验结果表明，男性胆囊结石患因清Ｐ |

| Abstract: | Using radioimmunoassay (RIA) and immunohistochemical LASB technique, the level of serum estradiol (E 2), testosterone (T), progesterone (P), estrogen receptors (ER) and progesterone receptors (PR) in 30 male patients with gallstones were detected. The results showed that the level of serum P, E 2/T and PR was higher. This suggests that the metabolic disorder of gonadal hormones play an important role in gallstone formation. |
