| 摘 要： | 目的使用新一代眼前节分析和诊断设备Pentacam对正常眼进行测量和统计学分析。方弦对221名正常人（442眼）进行Pentacam检查，人群分为5个年龄组，其中40岁以下50名（100眼）；40～49岁50名（100眼）；50～59岁50名（100眼）；60—69岁50名（100眼）；70及70岁以上21名（42眼）。结果随着年龄增长，各年龄组之间前房容积、虹膜角膜角（前房角）和前房深度比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。高年龄组中，前房参数在性别间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论眼前节各参数与年龄因素有显著相关性。男女性别之间前房参数的差异大多出现在60岁之后。
