静滴香菇多糖注射液致老年患者急性哮喘1例

1例68岁男性患者，因肝脏占位、肝叶部分切除术后定期查体入院。为提高患者免疫力，给予香菇多糖2mg＋O．9％氯化钠注射液100mL静脉滴注，15min，出现胸闷、呼吸急促、憋喘、轻度呼吸困难、口唇紫绀等症状，BP91／53mmHg，R123次·min^-1，P35次·min^-1。立即给予地塞米松、异丙嗪、氨茶碱、多巴胺、氢化可的松治疗，1h后患者症状基本缓解。

A case of acute asthma due to intravenous injection of lentinan in an elderly patient

A 68-year-old man was hospitalized with liver cystic space-occupying. The patient was treated with an IV infusion of lentinan 2 mg dissolved in 100 mL of sodium chloride 0.9% for improving immunity. About 15 minutes after the start of the infusion, the patient developed chest distress, dyspnoea, cyanosis with BP 91/53 mmHg, R 123 beats·min^-1, P 35 beats.mint. The patients was administrated with dexamethasone, promethazine, aminophylline, dopamine, hydrocortisone. One hour later, the svmptoms of the oatient imoroved.
