183例低出生体重儿发生原因及死因探讨

分析我科１９８６－１９９０年收治的１８３例低出生体重儿（ＬＢＷ）的发病因素，以母妊娠高血压综合征占首位，其次为多胎、羊膜早破和早孕感染。住院原因：早产儿以感染、窒息、硬肿症为主，而足月小于胎龄儿（ＳＧＡ）以窒息、吸入综合征及感染为主，死亡原因：早产儿以肺透明膜病、肺出血及颅内出血为主。足月ＳＧＡ仅１例死亡，死因是窒息并发的颅内出血的肺出血。

^^An analysis of the etiologic factors and causes of death in 183 cases of low birth weight infants

low birth weight infants (LBWI) were admitted to our department from 1986 through 1990. An analysis of the etiologic factors were made. Per-eclampsia was the leading cause,next to it, were multiple gestation, premature rupture of amniotic membrane and infection at early stage of pregnancy. The causes of admission for LBMI who were born prematurely were neonatal infection, asphyxia and sclerema chiefly whereas neonatal asphyxia, aspiration syndrome and infection were causes for those due to term small for gestation age (SGA). The analytic results for the causes of death were hyaline membrane disease, pulmonary hemorrhage and intracranial and pulmonary hemorrhage as a result of neonatal asphyxia.
