| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结肠癌中钙黏附素的表达与癌分级、分期及肿瘤大小的关系，以及E-钙黏附素在结肠癌中的表达及预后的影响，为临床选择治疗方案提供参考。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测50例结肠腺癌组织及癌旁正常结肠组织E-钙黏附素的表达。结果E-钙黏附素在50例结肠癌中的阳性率为52．00％，在癌旁正常结肠组织中的表达率为80．00％，两者比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=8．734，P〈0．05）。E-钙黏附素在结肠癌中的表达与患者性别、肿瘤部位、大小、分化程度无统计学意义，与Dukes分期有关。结论结肠腺癌组织中E-钙黏附素呈低表达，与癌旁正常结肠组织比较差异有统计学意义，与肿瘤Dukes分期有关（P〈0．05），钙黏附素与结肠癌的发生、发展明显相关，可以作为判断结肠癌预后的指标。
