| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超选择支气管动脉栓塞术治疗肺大咯血患者的治疗效果及护理方法。方法回顾性分析38例支气管动脉栓塞治疗肺大咯血患者治疗效果及护理措施。结果38例支气管动脉栓塞后均即刻止血。结论超选择支气管动脉栓塞治疗肺大咯血是一种有效而快捷的手段,配合有效的护理措施,可取得满意效果。

| Abstract: | objective To study the therapeutic effect of super selective bronchial artery embolization in the treatment of pulmonary massive hemoptysis.Methods：The therapeutic effect and nursing measures in the treatment of 38 patients with pulmonary massive hemoptysis by super selective bronchial artery embolization were analyzed retrospectively.Results：After bronchial artery embolization,the bleeding was stopped immediately in all cases.Conclusion：It is safe,effective and efficient of super selective bronchial artery embolization to treat pulmonaty massive hemoptysis,and effective nursing measures can achieve satisfactory results. |
