| 摘 要： | 目的 评价应用腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效及安全性.方法 对85例精索静脉曲张患者行腹腔镜下精索内静脉高位结扎术,并随访观察其疗效及安全性.结果 85例手术均获成功,无手术并发症,手术时间为24～40min,住院1～4d,术后临床症状消失.随访6～12个月精液质量显著提高,未见复发.无睾丸萎缩.结论 腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术具有手术时间短、创伤小、术后恢复快、效果好、并发症少等优点.对双侧精索静脉曲张更具价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety, advantage of laparoscopic varicocele high ligation in treatment of varicocel. Methods 85 cases with varicocele were treated by laparoscopic high ligation.Results The operations were successful in all the cases, operation time 24-40min, length off stay 1-4d, no complication. With symptom free and quality-improved sperm. During the follow up of 6 to 12 months, no cases recurred, no cases orchiatrophy. Conclusions Laparoscopic high ligation in varicocele has advantages of minimal invasiveness, safety, effective, quickly rehabilitation and lower complication. |
