| 摘 要： | 乌司他丁（UTI）是从人体尿液中提取的尿胰蛋白酶抑制剂，能抑制多种蛋白、糖和脂类水解酶的活性，减少炎性介质的过度释放，改善微循环和组织灌注。乌司他丁在体外循环等大手术或有炎性介质参与疾病的临床应用中，具有防止炎症反应和减轻缺血再灌注损伤的作用。本文就UTI对机体各重要器官组织在受到不良刺激时的保护作用及其机制进行综述。

| Abstract: | Ulinastatin is a urinary trypsin inhibitor extracted from human urine. Its pharmacological efficacy includes: suppresses activation of several kinds of proteases, glucosidases and lipases; suppresses excessive release of inflammatory cytokines and improves microcirculation and organ perfusion. It can prevent systemic inflammatory response and reduce ischemia re-perfusion by major surgery or other diseases participated in inflammatory cytokines. The literature in concern to the protective effect of ulinastatin on human body is reviewed. |
