| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨胃 (肠 )咽吻合术在晚期下咽癌和颈段食管癌手术中的应用。方法 :回顾性分析 8例胃 (肠 )咽吻合术的临床资料。结果 :游离空肠 1例 ,带蒂结肠 1例 ,胃上提 6例。本组均获得良好的吞咽功能。 7例健在 ,1例死亡。结论 :胃(肠 )咽吻合术对晚期下咽癌和颈段食管癌切除后大范围下咽 食管缺损具有较好的I期修复效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the application of gastric(enteric)-pharyngeal anastomosis for advanced hypopharyngeal carcinoma and cervical esophageal carcinoma.Methods:The clinical data of 8 cases with gastric(enteric)-pharyngeal anastomosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results:One case of free jejunum,one case of pedicel colon,6 cases with stomach pull-up.The deglutition of 8 cases was in a good state,among them 7 surviving,one died.Conclusion:Gastric-pharyngeal anastomosis is beneficial to primarily rehabilitate large-scale hypopharygeal and cervical esophageal defects following removal of advanced hypopharygeal carcinoma and cervical esophageal carcinoma. |
