| 摘 要： | 目的制备盐酸阿夫唑嗪滴丸。方法采用正交试验法制备不同处方的滴丸。通过时体外溶出度和外观性状的考察,确定最优处方。结果处方为盐酸阿夫唑嗪:聚乙二醇4000:聚氧乙烯(40)硬脂酸酯:羧甲基淀粉钠:吐温80为2.5:20:1 0:1:0.2,滴丸10min体外溶出度99.4%。结论最优处方制备的滴丸,体外溶出良好,外观性状良好。符合滴丸的质量要求。

| Abstract: | Objective To prepare Alfuzosin Hydrochloride Pills and screen formulations according to the profile of dissolubility in votro.Methods by Orthogonal designs,Alfuzosin Hydrochloride Pills were prepared with PEG4000,S40,CMC-Na and Tween 80.the bases affecting dissolubility and appearance characteristics were investigated.Results The prepared pills released about 99.4% in ten minutes with optimized formulation:Alfuzosin Hydrochloride:PEG4000.S40.CMC-Na:Tween 80=2.5:20:10:1:0.2.Conclusion Test in vitro showed the preparation had excellent dissolubility,and the appearance characteristics is good.It accord the quality standard of pill. |
