| 摘 要： | 目的:观察白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特对重症支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选择本院重症住院患者60例,随机分成实验组30例,在常规静脉使用甲泼尼龙、氨茶碱基础上,加用顺尔宁,如有急性呼吸道感染(ARI)合并细菌感染时,加用抗生素治疗。对照组30例,除不用孟鲁司特治疗外,其余治疗均与实验组相同。结果:实验组37、d缓解率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的临床症状及动脉血气(PaO2和PaCO2)较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.05),而且实验组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特对重症支气管哮喘治疗效果明显。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the effect of montelukast on severe bronchia asthma.Methods： A total of 60 cases with severe bronchia asthma were randomly divided into experiment group（30 cases） with venous injection of methylprednisolone,aminophylline and montelukast,and antibiotics in the case of infection and acute respiratory infection,and control group（30 cases） without montelukast.Results： After 3d and 7d,the patients in experiment group displayed significantly higher relief rate（P0.05）.Clinic symptoms and indexes of arterial blood gas analysis were improved significantly（P0.05）,with significant difference between two grous（P0.05）.Conclusions： Montelukast has obvious effect on severe bronchia asthma. |
