| 摘 要： | 目的寻找复方岗梅冲剂最佳提取工艺.方法采取正交试验,以水的用量,提取时间和提取次数3个因素,每个因素选取3个水平进行实验,以测定抑菌作用和浸膏得率作为考察指标.结果因素C对抑菌作用有非常显著性(P<0.01),因素C对浸膏得率和因素B对抑菌作用有显著性(P<0.05和P<0.1),因素B对浸膏得率和因素A对浸膏得率、抑菌作用无显著性(P>0.1).结论最佳工艺A1B1C1,即用11倍水提取3次,每次1.5h.
