| 摘 要： | 目的：了解当前医学本科生在临床实习期间承受的压力状况及对策。方法：随机抽取140名医学本科实习生进行问卷调查以收集资料，运用SPSS软件、采用卡方检验进行比较。结果：男生感受的压力程度较女生强；排在前三位的压力来源依次是：就业困难、实习与学习矛盾、临床技能不熟练；面对压力，男、女生采用自行合理解决及求助解决的积极对策所占比例不同，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；有18．99％男生、13．11％女生采用消极方式对待问题。结论：医学本科生实习期间承受诸多压力，积极的应对策略能有效缓解压力，高校及实习医院应重视培养学生积极乐观的应对态度。

| Abstract: | Objective: to assess the pressure on medical undergraduates practicing in the hospital and their responses.Methods: A questionnare survey was conducted among 140 medical undergraduates who was picked up at random,using SPSS,a comparison was made through K2 test.Results: The statistical data indicated that the pressure on boy students is greater than that on girl students.The top three on list are as follows: pressure of employment,conflict between practice and study,lack of experience in clincal skill.Facei... |
