胸腹腔镜联合手术治疗60例食管癌临床分析

目的 探讨胸腹腔镜联合手术治疗食管癌的可行性及疗效。方法 收集我院120例食管癌手术患者的资料。按治疗方法分为,观察组60例采用胸腹腔镜联合手术治疗;对照组60例采用颈胸腹三切口径路根治术治疗。对治疗结果进行分析。结果 对比两组手术效果及3年以上存活率,两组间差异无统计学意义;观察组患者手术出血量较少,并发症少,术后住院时间缩短（P〈0.05）。结论 胸腹腔镜联合手术治疗食管癌技术可行且安全,还能缩短术后恢复时间,值得临床推广。

Thoracic treatment of esophageal carcinoma combined thoracoscopy and laparoscopic surgery : analysis of 60 cases

Objective To investigate the combined thoracic the feasibility of laparoscopic surgery for esophageal cancer,analysis of efficacy.Methods 120 patients in our hospital data of patients with esophageal cancer surgery,divided into two groups according to treatment 60 cases,the use of laparoscopy-assisted thoracic surgery and control group of 60 patients with radical neck incision abdominal surgery three pathways,analysis of the results of the treatment.Results The two groups were compared surgical results,postoperative complications and more than 3years survival difference between the groups with or no difference;the patients of less bleeding,shorter hospital stay after surgery（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Thoracic surgery for esophageal cancer and laparoscopy technically feasible and safe,but also shorten recovery time after surgery,clinical worth promoting.
