腹主动脉临时置入球囊在凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产中的应用

目的 探讨腹主动脉远端临时置入球囊在凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产中的临床应用。方法 回顾性分析我科30例凶险性前置胎盘的临床资料,其中,12例在剖宫产术前行腹主动脉远端球囊临时置入作为观察组;另18例采用常规方法处理的作为对照组,观察两组手术时间、术中出血量、子宫切除例数及新生儿情况,并进行比较。结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量及子宫切除例数均明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）,新生儿预后情况无明显变化。结论 腹主动脉远端临时置入球囊可减少凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产手术时间、出血量、子宫切除风险,不影响母婴并发症。

The Application of temporary ballon occlusion of the abdominal aorta in pernicious placenta previa

Objective To explore the clinical application of temporary ballon occlusion of the distal abdominal aorta in performing cesarean for patients with pernicious placenta previa.Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with pernicious placenta previa in our hospital during the period from January 2011 to May 2014 were retrospetively analyzed.12 cases who were implanted temporary ballon in distal abdominal aorta before cesarean as study group,while another 18 cases who were treated with coventional methods as control group.Operative time、the amount of hemorrage during operation、the cases of uterus excision and baby birth conditions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Operative time、the amount of hemorrage during operation and the cases of uterus excision in study group were significantly less than that in control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two group in neonatal outcome.Conclusion Temporary ballon occlusion of the distal abdominal aorta in performing cesarean can reduce operative time and the amount of blood loss during the procedure as well as the risk of hysterectomy,and dose not increase maternal and infant complications.
