| 摘 要： | 以ELISA法检测抗,-HBc,且以血清原液(改良法)代替血清的1∶100倍X~2稀释液(常规法)。其结果,抗-HBc的阳性率从94.34％(2200/2332)增至98.94％(839/848),X~2=31.04,P<0.01.检测中未发现假阳性反应增加。与常规法相比,改良法提高了抗-HBc检测的灵敏度与特异度,是对ELISA药盒制备与检测技术的发展。

| Abstract: | Anti-HBc was tested by ELISA in original serum instead of diluting serum 1:100. The results showed that the rate of anti-HBc positive in original serum was high in comparision with diluting serum. The rate of anti-HBc in HBsAg positive sera from patients was from 94. 34% up to 98. 94% (P<0. 01). The test was not found increase false positive reaction. It was proved to be specific. It is significantly progress for the ELISA technique detected anti-HBc. |
