中药保留灌肠治疗糖尿病合并慢性非细菌性前列腺炎临床观察

目的探讨中药保留灌肠治疗糖尿病合并慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法选择糖尿病合并慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者100例,随机分为2组,治疗组50例,在胰岛素控制血糖的基础上给予中药保留灌肠治疗,对照组50例,在胰岛素控制血糖的基础上口服普乐安片治疗,观察两组患者治疗前、后血糖、肝肾功能、前列腺液常规检查等指标的变化以及临床症状的改善情况。结果两组患者治疗前、后尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、空腹血糖（FPG）各指标间差别均无显著性意义（P〉0.05）;前列腺炎症状评分间差别均有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者临床疗效间差别均有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论中药保留灌肠治疗糖尿病合并慢性非细菌性前列腺炎临床观察无肝肾损害,对血糖无影响,临床治愈率高、方法简单、价格低廉,易于为患者所接受。

Clinical observations of Chinese medicine in treating patients with diabetes associated with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis

Objective To investigate the clinical of the traditional Chinese medicine retention-enema treatment of diabetic patients with chronic non -bacterial prostatitis. Methods 100 diabetic patients with chronic prostatitis were selected. They were randomly divided into 2 groups, 50 patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention-enema based on the insulin to control blood sugar. 50 patients were treated with the oral bullock on-chip based on the insulin to control blood sugar, 2 group patients were observed in change of before and after treatment of the blood sugar, liver and kidney function, prostate fluid routine examination and other clinical symptoms. Results There were no significant differences （P〉0.05） before and after treatment for blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, creatinine （Cr）, alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, aspartate aminotransferase （AST）, fasting plasma glucose （FPG） of the 2 groups patients; there were significant difference （P〈0.05） in the clinical between 2 groups patients. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine retention-enema treatment of diabetic patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis can not cause liver damage, there is no effects on blood sugar, the clinical cure rate is high, simple, inexpensive, easy for patients to accept.
