摘    要:目的比较Vest(TM)气道清除系统(model 104)与旋转振动排痰仪(TMK2000-Y01)排痰法在老年术后患者中的排痰效果。方法将40例老年术后患者随机分为Vest(TM)气道清除系统组(Vest组)和旋转振动排痰仪组(对照组),比较两组患者的日排痰量及术后肺部感染发生率。结果Vest组的日排痰量明显增高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),两组患者术后肺部感染发生率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论应用Vest(TM)气道清除系统对老年术后患者排痰效果的影响优于旋转振动排痰仪。

Abstract:Objective To compare the expectoration effect between applying the vest airway clearance system and vibration sputum elimination apparatus for elderly postoperative patients.Methods A total of 40 patients were randomly divided into the vest group and control group.Both daily volume of sputum excreting of all patients and the incidence rate of postoperative pulmonary infection were compared.Results Daily sputum excreting volume of patients in the vest group increased obviously(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences between two groups in the incidence rate of postoperative pulmonary infection.Condusions The effect of using the vest airway clearance system for postoperative elderly patients was superior to that of vibration sputum elimination apparatus for sputum excretion.
