卫生列车后送伤员中快速留置导尿法的研究

目的探讨卫生列车后送伤员中提高留置导尿术操作时效的有效方法。方法采用常规法和快速法对外科88例男性手术患者实施留置导尿术，对两种方法所用的时间和插入导尿管前尿道口黏膜细菌培养结果进行对比。结果快速法留置导尿术较常规法用时缩短67～70s，尿道口消毒效果与常规法相同，节省耗材成本占总成本的1／4。结论快速法留置导尿术操作用于卫生列车后送伤员，既可提高操作时效，保证消毒效果，也可节约耗材成本。

Study of fast urethral catheterization in wounded soldiers during the transportation of medical train

Objective To investigate an effective method for enhancing the operative efficiency of urethral catheterization in wounded soldiers during the transportation of medical train. Methods Routine and fast urethral catheterization techniques were employed in 88 patients who received operation. The time and bacterial culture in mucosa of urethral orifice before catheter insertion were compared between the two techniques. Results The time for fast urethral catheterization was significantly shortened from 67 to 70 seconds compared with the rourine technique. It only took 25 percent of the whole time to accomplish the operation.There was no significant difference in bacterial culture in mucosa of urethral orifice before catheter insertion between the two techniques. Fast urethral catheterization could save 25 percent of the gross cost. Conclusions Fast urethral catheterization increase operative efficiency, ensure effectiveness of sterilization and save the cost,which was more appropriate for wounded soldiers during the transportation of medical train.
