“图卡”式沟通在聋哑患者围手术期护理中的应用

目的探讨聋哑患者围手术期护理中的非语言沟通方式，以提高聋哑患者围手术期护理效果。方法将60例聋哑患者随机分为对照组与观察组各30例，对照组采用常规语言与手势沟通，观察组采用常规语言与手势沟通加“图卡”式沟通。比较两组护理效果。结果人手术室后两组心率、血压、血糖水平，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；观察组对疾病相关知识的了解、对麻醉与手术的配合较对照组要好，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患者对围手术期的护理满意度和医生对患者配合的满意度均较对照组要高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论“图卡”作为一种非语言沟通的特色护理在聋哑患者围手术期中的应用，可提高医护患沟通的效率与效果，使患者能主动配合手术、缩短麻醉与手术体位的摆放时间，减轻患者对手术的应激反应，增加医患对手术室护理工作的满意度和信任感。

Application of picture-card communication methods in deaf-mute during perioperative nursing

Objective To explore the methods of non-verbal communication in deaf-mute during perioperative nursing so as to improve its efficacy. Methods 60 deaf-mutes are randomly divided into control group and observational group, the former group adopted the conventional languages and gestures, while the latter one, besides those that the former group took, also adopted the method of picture-card communication.Results The level of blood pressure, blood sugar were significant differences (P ＜ 0.01) after operation between both groups; compared with the control group, the observational group could better understand diseaserelated knowledge and better cooperate with the surgery under anesthesia (P ＜0. 05); further, the patients had a higher satisfaction with perioperative nursing and doctors were more satisfied with patients' cooperation (P ＜0.05). Conclusions The application of picture-card as a characteristic non-verbal communication method in deaf-mute during perioperative nursing, can efficiently and effectively improve communication among doctor,nurse and patients to make patients initiatively cooperate with surgery and shorten the time between anesthesia and placement of surgical position, alleviate the patient's stress response to surgery and improve doctors' and patients' satisfaction and trust towards the nursing in operating room.
