帕金森病患者抑郁焦虑相关危险因素的调查及护理

目的探讨帕金森病（PD）的焦虑抑郁相关危险因素和神经心理学特点，以便有的放矢的对患者进行康复和心理护理。方法要求患者在清醒、服药后采取面对面访谈的形式进行调查，运用简易智能状态检查量表（MMSE）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD），由医生、患者、家属、护士共同完成。多因素分析采用非条件Logistic逐步回归模型。结果回归分析发现PD患者伴发的抑郁和焦虑与病程、运动障碍程度（UPDRS）、认知障碍呈正相关。PD患者UPDRS、病程对发生焦虑、抑郁危险因素大于1，不同年龄、UPDRS患者焦虑、抑郁的发生差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论重视PD患者的抑郁和焦虑情绪变化，加强疾病健康教育及康复锻炼改善PD患者的健康生活质量。

Investigation on risk factors of depression and anxiety in parkinson's patient and nursing

Objective To investigate risk factors of depression and anxiety in parkinson' s patient and explore related nursing strategy. Methods A face-to-face interview was taken in patients who were awake. The minimental state examination (MMSE), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) were jointly accomplished by doctors, patients, their families, and nurses. Non-conditional Logistic regression model was used. Results Regression analysis showed that depressive and anxiety in PD patients was positively related with the course of disease, movement disorder parkinson' s patients (UPDRS),degree of cognitive impairment. The movement disorder in parkinson' s patients, the course of disease, duration of the occurrence of anxiety and depression risk factors were greater than one, and the age and UPDRS were significantly different in the occurrence of anxiety and depression. Conclusions Attention to patients with PD changes in depression and anxiety, enhance disease health education and rehabilitation training to improve the health quality of life of PD patients.
