内毒素休克导致内耳损伤的实验观察

摘    要:复制内毒素休克模型,检测血清中去甲肾上腺素(NE)、过氧化脂质(LPO)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)含量,观察内耳毛细胞的形态变化。发现血清各项指标含量均显著增高,内耳毛细胞纤毛倾倒、粘连甚至缺失,并讨论其可能的发生机理。

Abstract:Experimental animal models with endotoxic shock were duplicated.The contents of NE,LPO and 5 HT were detected.Meanwhile,pathological changes of hair cells in the inner ear were observed.The results showed that all indexes in serum were higher than those of control group.Hair cells in the inner ear became twist,adherent and even missing.The possible mechnisms were discussed.
