贝那普利联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察

摘    要:目的:研究贝那普利联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效.方法:46例糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者随机分成3组,观察组接受贝那普利和缬沙坦联合治疗;设置两个对照组,贝那普利组接受贝那普利治疗;缬沙坦组接受缬沙坦治疗.治疗12周,观察期间每月检测一次24h尿蛋白定量、肾功能及血钾.基础治疗均使用胰岛素和(或)口服降糖药,必要时加用钙拮抗剂等降压药物,严格控制血糖和血压在正常范围.结果:治疗12周患者尿蛋白均有不同程度下降,观察组尿蛋白下降程度明显优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).所有病例均未发生高钾血症和肾功能恶化.结论:贝那普利联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病明显降低尿蛋白、提高疗效.

Abstract:Objective: To observe the clinical effective of combination of benazepril and valsartan on treating diabetic nephropathy.Method: 46 patients with diabetic nephropathy in IV phase were randomly divided into three groups.Observation group contained the combination of benazepril and valsartan Other two groups served as control groups benazepril group and valsartan group.The treatment lasted for 12 weeks,24 hours quantitative test for urinary protein,renal function and serum potassium.Baseline treatment included insulin and oral hypoglycemic agents.Supplement with hypotensors such as calcium antagonism if necessary,blood sugar and blood pressure were maintained in normal range.Result: There was a decrease of urinary protein after 12 weeks of treatment in all groups.More significant in observation group compared to that of control groups(P<0.05).No hyperkalemia and renal failure were observed.Conclusion: Combination of benazepril and valsartan on treating diabetic nephropathy can decrease urinary protein,then enhanced clinical effectives.
