肝细胞肝癌组织中p34cdc2表达的临床意义

目的:探讨p34cdc2激酶在肝细胞肝癌(HCC)发生发展中的作用及与临床病理特征的关系. 方法:收集肝细胞肝癌(含癌旁组织)标本43例,正常肝组织10例,采用免疫组织化学SP法显示p34cdc2激酶的表达并结合肝癌的临床病理特征进行分析. 结果:在肝癌组织、癌旁肝组织及正常肝组织细胞中p34cdc2表达定位于胞质和胞核中,在癌组织中过表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01). 临床分期I II期组p34cdc2 阳性表达率高于III IV期组(P=0.026);Child-Pugh分级A B级组p34cdc2阳性表达率高于C级组( P=0.004). 而不同病理分级,肿瘤大小,有无淋巴结转移与p34cdc2阳性表达率均无统计学意义(P>0.05). 结论:p34cdc2激酶的高表达与HCC的发生发展密切相关,高表达p34cdc2激酶可作为反映肝癌临床分期及Child-Pugh分级的指标.

Clinical significance of p34cdc2 expression in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue

AIM: To study the expression of p34 cdc2 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and the relationship between the expression of p34 cdc2 and the clinicopathological features of hepatocellular carcinoma. METHODS: Forty-three specimens of hepatocelluar carcinoma tissues (including pericancerous tissues) and ten specimens of healthy hepatocellular tissues were selected. These samples were detected by S-P immunohistochemical method and the clinicopathological features of hepatocellular carcinoma were analyzed. RESULTS: The expression of p34 cdc2 was localized in the cytoplasm and nuclear of cells of HCC tissues and peri-cancerous tissues, brownish yellow and yellow in color. Overexpression of p34 cdc2 was observed in HCC tissues, compared with that in normal liver tissues (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of p34 cdc2 in clinical I+II stages was higher than that in III+IV stages (80.0% vs 42.8%, P= 0.026) , and it was also higher in Child-Pugh grade A+B than in grade C (37.8% vs 0.00 %, P=0.004). But there was no statistical association between various pathologic degrees, tumor sizes, lymphatic metastasis and the positive expression rate of p34 cdc2 (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: There is an overexpression of p34 cdc2 in HCC, which can be used as a marker for clinical stage and the Child-Pugh grade of HCC.
