木耳多糖对实验性动脉粥样硬化斑块消退作用的影响

摘    要:目的:观察木耳多糖对动脉粥样硬化(AS)的预防和消退作用。方法:30只新西兰白兔随机分为3组:正常组、模型组、消退组。每组10只,实验期为16周。正常组始终喂饲普通饲料;模型组前8周喂饲普通饲料 高胆固醇,后8周喂饲普通饲料;消退组前8周喂饲普通饲料 高胆固醇,后8周喂饲普通饲料 多糖。实验期间测定血清总胆固醇(TC),甘油三脂(TC),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—TC),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—TC)含量以及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量和清除脂质过氧化产物的酶超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的含量。结果:木耳多糖具有明显降低血中TC、TC、LDL,升高HDL以及减少脂质过氧化产物丙二醛含量,提高超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的活力,缩小已形成的动脉粥样硬化斑块的作用。结论:木耳多糖除具有降血脂,抗脂质过氧化,预防动脉粥样硬化形成作用外,还对已形成的动脉粥样硬化斑块有消退作用。

Abstract:To observe the effect of Auricularia Auricula Polysaccharide on the prevention and regression of atherosclerosis. Methods: Thirty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups : normal group , cholesterol group, polysaccharide group. Ten rabbits in every group,normal group always received normal chow; cholesterol group received normal chow and cholesterol before 8 weeks and received normal chow after 8 weeks; Polysaccharide group received normal chow and cholesterol before 8 weeks and received normal chow and Polysaccharide after 8 weeks . During the experiment, the levels of serum TC, TG, LDL - C, HDL - C, MDA and SOD were investigated. Results: It was found that Auricularia Auricula could decrease the levels of the serum TC, TG, LDL - C and MDA in proyleneglycol group compared with those in cholesterol group ( P < 0. 01 or P < 0.05 ) , increase the serum HDL - C and SOD concentration ( P < 0.05) and alleviate the atherosclerotic lesion. Conclusion: Auricularia Auricula Polysaccharide can therapy the formatted atherosclerotic lesion besides lowering serum lipids , decreasing the peroxidation of lipids and preventing the formation of atherosclerotic.
