奥美拉唑或法莫替丁联合伊托必利治疗反流性食管炎疗效观察

摘    要:目的结合临床症状及内镜观察,综合评价奥美拉唑或法莫替丁联合伊托必利两种方法治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法将82例患者随机分为两组,每组41例,其中观察组(奥美拉唑组)予奥美拉唑胶囊20mgBid,盐酸伊托必利颗粒50mgTid。对照组(法莫替丁组)予法莫替丁20mgBid,盐酸伊托必利颗粒50mgTid。治疗8周后,观察指标包括烧心、反流、胸痛等临床症状以及8周后内镜复查结果。结果 (1)奥美拉唑组临床治疗总有效率为100%,内镜观察有效率为95.1%;(2)法莫替丁组临床治疗总有效率为85.4%,内镜观察有效率75.6%。两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论奥美拉唑联合伊托必利治疗反流性食管炎疗效优于法莫替丁联合伊托必利,值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy of itopride and omeprazole or famotidine in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods 82 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly:the observation group and control group,with 41 cases of each group.Patients in observation group were treated with omeprazole capsule 20 mg Bid and itopride 50 mg Tid,while patients in control group were treated with famotidine 20 mg Bid and itopride 50 mg Tid.The effects were appraised by observation of heartburn,backflow,chest pain and endoscopy after 8 weeks’ treatment.Results The total efficiency of the omeprazole group was 100% by clinical observation and 95.1% by endoscopy,respectively,while the total efficiency of oamotidine group was 85.4% by clinical observation and 75.6% by endoscopy,respectively,and there was a significant difference between these two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Itopride and omeprazole is better than itopride and famotidine in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.
