芪贞降糖颗粒对糖调节异常患者的临床研究

目的评价芪贞降糖颗粒对糖调节异常（IGR）患者的临床疗效并探索其可能作用机制。方法 100例IGR患者,随机分为芪贞组和二甲双胍组,每组50例,分别予芪贞降糖颗粒及二甲双胍治疗,疗程1年,观察治疗前后患者空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）及白介素6（IL-6）、高敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）的变化。结果芪贞降糖颗粒可降低糖调节异常患者FBG、2hPG、FINS、HOMA-IR（P〈0.05）,同时可减少IL-6、hs-CRP（P〈0.05）;与二甲双胍比较,其降低hs-CRP水平功能优于二甲双胍组（P〈0.05）,其余指标差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论芪贞降糖颗粒可有效改善糖调节异常患者血糖,其作用机制可能是通过减轻炎症反应从而改善胰岛素抵抗,进而有效调节血糖。

Clinical effects of Qizhen Granular on patients with impaired glucose regulation

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Qizhen Granular(QG)on patients with impaired glucose regulation(IGR)and its possible mechanisms.Methods 100 patients with IGR were divided randomly into QG group(n=50) and Metformin group(n=50).The level of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG),fasting insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),Interleukin-6(IL-6),and hypersensitive C react protein(hs-CRP) were observed before and after the treatment.Results QG can reduce the levels of FBG,2 hPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,IL-6,hs-CRP(P<0.05);the hs-CRP level in QG group were less than that in metformin group(P<0.05).Conclusion QG can reduce the blood glucose effectively in patients with IGR by reducing inflammation reaction and improving insulin sensitivity.
