| 摘 要： | 目的观察清开灵注射液联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将110例手足口病患儿随机分为对照组（54例）和治疗组（56例）,对照组给予单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用清开灵注射液,观察两组治疗有效率和临床症状消退时间。结果治疗组有效率与临床症状消退时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论清开灵注射液联合单磷酸阿糖腺苷治疗小儿手足口病起效快,能有效缩短病程。
