| 摘 要： | 在概括江苏省新型农村合作医疗筹资增长现状的基础上,分析了基于农民人均纯收入的筹资增长机制构建的必要性和可行性。根据江苏省农民人均纯收入的增长趋势,利用相关与回归等统计方法,测算了十二五期间以及更长时期内新型农村合作医疗筹资增长需求,并就完善新型农村合作医疗动态筹资增长机制提出了建议,以期实现新型农村合作医疗筹资水平科学而稳定的增长。
