| 摘 要： | 随着冠心病(coronary heart disease，CHD)介入治疗广泛应用于临床，介入术后再狭窄、无复流、慢血流等诸多问题也日益突出。中医药在防治介入术后危险因素、改善和缓解症状等方面存在诸多优势，对现代医学常规治疗是一种较好的支持与补充。本文以CHD病变过程及介入后的临床问题为切入点，结合中医对冠脉介入术后的认识及临床观察，初步探索其中医证型及相应的方药。
