5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及复发情况,探讨其临床意义。方法将2009年12月至2010年12在我科接受治疗的170例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法,对照组给予CO2激光疗法,观察两组病毒清除率、近期疗效、复发情况及不良反应情况,并进行对比分析。结果观察组病毒清除率为94.12%,明显高于对照组的64.71%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组痊愈率及有效率分别为60.00%、89.41%,对照组痊愈率及有效率分别为30.59%和58.82%,两组痊愈率及有效率比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组复发率为5.88%,明显低于对照组的61.54%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为9.41%(8/85)明显低于对照组的49.41%(42/85),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣具有病毒清除率高、疗效好、复发率低、不良反应轻微等特点,是目前临床治疗尖锐湿疣的一种较佳治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of 5-aminoIevulinic acid photodynamic therapy for genital warts

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy for genital warts.Methods 170 patients with genital warts treated from December 2009 to December 2010 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were given 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy,and the control group received CO2 laser therapy,then the viral clearance rate,recent efficacy,relapse situation and the adverse reactions were observed and analyzed.Results The viruses clearance rate of the observation group was 94.12%,and significantly higher than 64.71% of the control group(P<0.05);the cure rate and effective rate of the observation group were 60.00% and 89.41%,and significantly higher than 30.59% and 58.82% respectively in the control group(all the P<0.05);the observation group’s recurrence rate was 5.88%,and significantly lower than 61.54% of the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 9.41%(8/85),and significantly lower than 49.41%(42/85) of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy,with higher viral clearance rate,good efficacy,low recurrence rate and mild adverse reactions,is a better method to treat genital warts,and worthy of further clinical application.
