| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨限制性液体复苏对救治创伤失血性休克的临床效果.方法 对应用限制性液体复苏治疗的62例创伤失血性休克患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 在积极抗休克治疗及使用限制性液体复苏后,轻、中度休克患者病情得到很好的控制,预后好,治愈率为100%;2例重度休克患者因严重多发伤致临床死亡,治愈率为77.8%.结论 限制性液...

| Abstract: | Objective To explore limited fluid resuscitation in the treatment of traumatic hemorrhagic shock.Methods The data of 62 patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock treated with limited fluid resuscitation was applied to were analyzed retrospectively.Results The data of 62 patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock treated with limited fluid resuscitation was applied to were analyzed retrospectively.Conclusion Limited fluid resuscitation is of great significance in the treatment of traumatic hemorrhagic shock,with the mechanisms of maintaining vital organ perfusion and avoiding early complications caused by a large number of fluid resuscitation. |
