齐拉西酮对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

目的 评价齐拉西酮对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响,为临床干预提供依据. 方法 将60例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,每组30例,研究组口服齐拉西酮治疗,对照组口服利培酮治疗.观察8周.于治疗前及治疗8周末采用阳性与阴性症状量表、副反应量表评定临床疗效及不良反应,生活质量综合评定问卷-74评定生活质量.对两组评定结果进行对比分析. 结果 治疗后两组阳性与阴性症状量表总分及各因子分均较治疗前有显著下降（P＜0.01）,生活质量综合评定问卷-74总分、躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能维度分及各因子分均较治疗前有显著提高（P＜0.01）;治疗8周末研究组生活质量综合评定问卷-74总分、躯体健康维度、社会功能维度、躯体不适、运动与感觉、工作与学习及业余娱乐等因子分均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05或0.01）;副反应量表评分及锥体外系反应、心电图异常、体重增加等不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组（P均＜0.05）. 结论 齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症疗效显著,与利培酮相当,且安全性更高,更有利于提高患者的生活质量.

Effects of ziprasidone on guality of life of schizophrenics

Objective To evaluate the effects of aripiprzole on qualitly of life of schizophrenics in order to provide basis for clinical intervention. Methods Sixty schizophrenics were randomly assigned to two groups of 30 patients each, research group took orally ziprasidone （n=30） and control group did risperidone for 8 weeks. Clinical efficacies were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） and quality of life with the General Quality of Life Inventory （GQOLI-74）. Evaluation results were of both groups were contrastively analyzed. Results After treatment, the total and each factor scores of the PANSS of both groups lowered more significantly （P〈0.01）, the total, physical health, mental health, social function and each factor scores of the GQOLI increased more significantly （P〈0. 01） compared with pretreatment; at the end of the 8th week, the total and such factor score of the GQOLI as physical health, mental health, social function, body discomfort, movement ＆ sensation, work ＆ learning and amateur recreation etc. were all significantly higher in the research than in the control group （P〈0.05 or 0.01） ; the scores of the TESS and incidences of extrapyramidal system reactions, ecg abnormal, weight increase etc. were significantly lower in the research than in the control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ziprasidone has an evident effect equivalent to risperidone and higher safety in the treatment of schizophrenia, and is more beneficial to improve patients＇ quality of life.
