| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对进展期胃癌术前CT分期，确定胃癌的治疗方案，避免盲目地手术探查。方法 对67例胃癌患者进行CT扫描，对无周围器官和远处转移者进行手术，手术所见和CT表现进行对照。结果 CT扫描对于进展期胃癌的检出率为100％，手术所见与CT表现的符合率为92％。结论 进展期胃癌的术前CT检查能够准确地对胃癌进行CT分期。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the CT staging based on the CT findings of advanced gastric carcin oma in order to make an adequate treatment plan.Methods Sixty -seven patients with advanced gastric carcinoma underwent CT scan ning.CT findings were compared and c orre-lated with operative and pathologic findings.Results CT detected rate of advanced gastric carcinoma was 100%.Among 19patient s who under-went the operation,the consistent r ate between the preoperative CT findings and the operative findings or postoperative pathologic findings was 92%.Conclusion Accurate staging can be made accordi ng to preoperative CT findings of advanced gastric carcinoma.[ |
